In recent years, the rapid development of civil aviation and rail passenger transportmarket to the entire highway has brought great challenges, passenger car productionenterprises and enterprises are burdened with enormous pressure to survive. Passengertransport enterprises in order to reduce operating costs and improve the competitiveness ofenterprises, in purchasing passenger bus when the overall performance of increasinglydemanding. Bus manufacturers in the fierce competition in the market out off the lead, wemust continue to carry out technical innovation, improve product quality. Bus passengerbones skeleton as a whole, the economy of the vehicle, safety and comfort, there aredifferent degrees of impact.The author is engaged in passenger cars designed to work as a nearly10-year coachpractitioners with a wealth of design experience and the right coach to judge the ability ofskeletal structure. In this paper, finite element analysis and design experience combined withthe author on bus skeleton structure improvement are discussed.In this paper, the Bus Holding Co., Ltd. developed LCK6909HC luxury buses for thestudy. The body on the basis of two-dimensional graphics, a passenger by CATIA softwareto build three-dimensional geometric model of the skeleton. Skeleton on the bus usingradioss seven typical operating conditions (bending conditions, working conditions left turnand right turn condition, brake condition, parking brake conditions, working conditions turnleft, turn right conditions) of static analysis, stress distribution through the skeletonpassenger details about the bus skeleton stress distribution, and thus made the frame, floorframe, side panels skeleton structure improvement. By improving the structure before andafter the size and distribution of passenger cars skeleton stress state comparison proved theeffectiveness of programs.By buses skeleton modal analysis, the former nine-order vibration mode map forstructural design provides a basis to avoid resonance region.
