| In recent years, with the increase of the number of cars, the strength performance of auto parts have exposed many problems gradually. The strength performance of auto parts affects the overall quality of auto directly. Therefore,it is particularly important to study the strength performance of auto parts. In this paper, the analysis and test methods of auto parts are studied, and the specific contents are summarized as follows:Firstly, research methods of strength performance of auto parts are classfied, analysis of load and evaluation method of strength performance and test study are conducted on parts according to actual condition of parts.Determine the strength of parts and related performance analysis methods and test process.According to the analysis and test process, choosing the car door as the research object,in accordance with the standards of the analysis of sag stiffness and the analysis of over-bending strength, finite element simulation and the corresponding experimental verifications are conducted.Analysising the factor which influence the strength performance.Choosing control arm of chasis as research object,a kinetic model has been built, extract the load of key point, static analysis of 3 kinds of extreme conditions are conducted based on finite element model, conducting road test, strain gages are pasted in high stress area, determining the actual condition of the control arm stress, uniting result of kinetic analysis the stress results of finite element analysis, conduct the fatigue life simulation of control arm.choose draw hook and the front bumper as the research object, conducting the finite element simulation.using non-contact stress measurement system to measure stress of draw hook, comparison of finite element analysis and experimental results verify the correctness and performance of draw hook.Finaly, the design of modular auto parts test platform is carried out based on the commonness and difference of auto parts test,.According to the experiment, the module is assembled to meet the requirement.Summarizes the full text, and propose issues that need further development. |
