| At present, the Draft of Automobile Industry Development Plan of 13 thFive Year Plan(“Draft” for short) has especially mentioned the auto parts industry in the development goals of the 13 thFive Year Plan, that is to develop the entire industrial chain collaboratively and to establish and improve a complete industrial system and the enterprises’ own R&D ability from vehicles to the key parts, and finally form the independent deliverability and development level of the core parts which come from China’s local brands.Among the important and difficult tasks in automobile industry during the period of 13 th Five Year Plan, positively developing China’s own brands, maintaining the rapid development of globalization and establishing supplying chains of international advanced level refer to auto parts industry. For example, the Draft mentioned that in order to organize major auto companies to build up China Brand Construction and Promotion Alliance in industry associations, strengthening cooperation in auto parts procurement, processing and production, extending purchasing scale and reducing purchasing cost of auto parts and supporting some relevant companies are all necessary. Establishing auto parts supplying chains of international advanced level is the important aspect of the 13 thFive Year Plan. The Draft includes the following 3 specific measures: firstly, to facilitate the development of China’s brand auto parts industry, it is necessary to support advantage companies to take the opportunities of low carbon, green, information and intelligent development, speed up the upgrading from traditional manufacturing to more high-end and high value added manufacturing and form supplying capacity of module, systematic and professional.Secondly, relevant industries organize and improve the certification system, set up a better business popularity platform to promote the strategic partner plan between vehicle and auto part companies and generate international level suppliers. At the same time, the cooperation between foreign brand auto parts companies and China’s local brand vehicle companiesshould be encouraged as well as the R&D of auto parts and fundamental parts and material purchasing. Thirdly, carrying the re-manufacturing of auto parts helps to enhance efficient use of products.This dissertation is based on the above industrial background and takes the economical research of the target auto part manufacturing line project as the main theoretical research object and data source. This dissertation is made up of 7 sections, which are overview,market prediction, project research status, investment estimation, financial evaluation, risk analysis and conclusions. The thesis mainly interprets the following contents: first of all, it analyzed Changchun ZC Manufacturing LLC’s background, core competitiveness and market, and proposed its future development direction. Secondly, it introduced Changchun ZC Manufacturing LLC’s auto part production line project research in detail. Thirdly, it discussed involved problems and situation of the project and proposed the integral conception. Particularly, it studied the lightweight technology of automobile and the company’s finance and practically programmed the whole project. Comprehensive analysis,field survey and theory and empiricism were applied to overall combine the economical study and market requirement of the production line on the basis of economics and market theories. Meanwhile, this thesis generally integrated the significant measures in “Outline of Revitalizing Jilin Industrial Base Plan” and “Outline of 13 thFive Year Plan of Jilin Province National Economy and Social Development” via the analysis of ZC’s core competitiveness and its project status and the market-oriented requirement. |
