Skeleton oil seal is a typical representative of oil seal, it is mainly the parts andtransmission parts need lubricating isolation transmission parts, to prevent leakage ofhydraulic oil. In the axial hydraulic pump end generally use two kinds of oil seal is one of themechanical seal, the second is the skeleton oil seal, mechanical seal because of its highprecision, the general price is several times the skeleton oil seal or even dozens of times, sonow more and more hydraulic oil pump seal. Hydraulic pump is one of the main componentsof the hydraulic transmission system, the hydraulic pump seal leakage will cause the entirehydraulic system unable to work, or even failure, so the hydraulic pump seal has a veryimportant practical significance to oil spill. In this paper, cement concrete mixing truckhydraulic drive system of hydraulic pump seal leakage as the object, using theoretical analysis,engineering test,finite element analysis to study the hydraulic oil pump shaft seal leakageproblems, the main research contents are as follows:(1) In the analysis of concrete mixing truck working basis, analysis of the oil spill causedby various reasons of hydraulic driven oil pump oil seal, where in the oil pump shaft vibration,high pressure pump cavity, seal structure is the main reason causing leakage of oil seal.(2) Through the analysis vibration caused by connection and bearing, connection modeof transmission shaft, to find out the mechanism of oil seal caused by shaft vibration.(3) Through the static test data of different models of hydraulic pump is analyzed, andthrough the theoretical calculation, the relationship between the hydraulic oil pump bearingthe axial gap and radial gap, radial clearance shaft through calculation, draw the axial gap andradial gap curve, so as to find the axial gap reaches a certain value caused by oil seal pumpshaft vibration caused by oil spills law.(4) In the nonlinear, contact model, finite element structural statics analysis on oil seal.through research the influence of the amount of interference size installed and seal cavitypressure on the seal lip contact pressure and pressure distribution, analysis of contact pressureand deformation of the lip oil seal skeleton oil seal effect size on the.
