In recent years,the highway industry has shown a very rapid development momentum,the market competition is more fierce,and with the emergence of new technology and new technology,as well as the implementation of new subcontracting mode and project investment mode,put forward higher requirements for the quality of human resources,all kinds of challenges make the construction enterprises realize the importance of strengthening human resource management,it can be said that human resource allocation The quality of road construction is usually determined by whether the construction is scientific or not.Therefore,if an enterprise wants to seize the market share,it must rely on empirical and effective management strategies,and enhance its core competitiveness by optimizing the allocation of human resources.This dissertation begins with the introduction of research background,significance of topic selection,literature review and research methods.On the basis of describing the theories involved in human resource management of highway construction,combined with the background of human resource allocation and the actual situation of ZJ group,it analyzes the reasons why human resource allocation is difficult to achieve ideal results,namely: a large number of personnel loss,lack of rationality of resource allocation,lack of management Management needs have not been met.Then,starting from the position of ZJ group,the dissertation puts forward the optimization strategy for human resource allocation.In addition to the conventional improvement of the salary system and the emphasis on the cultivation of compound talents,it also puts forward some safeguard measures,such as optimizing the internal organization,strengthening cultural cultivation and scientific utilization of performance appraisal.Finally,it summarizes the implementation effect of the strategy,The future research work is prospected.This dissertation analyzes the specific highway projects of ZJ group,finds out the existing problems,analyzes the reasons and puts forward countermeasures,so as to avoid the general and fuzzy defects brought by the overall analysis,which is conducive to the optimization of human resource allocation of ZJ group for highway projects,and also provides reference for similar projects in the same industry,so as to enhance the competitiveness of the whole construction industry Human resource optimization allocation level,and then drive the high-quality development of China’s economy and society.
