With continuous development of economic and social progress,the understanding of “human resources are “first resource" of economic development” is becoming more and more popular.We can effectively integrate and use all kinds of resources by using human resources.However,the integration and use is not arbitrary or unilateral.It must be combined with other economic resources in scientific and reasonable way,so that its due effect could be played.Therefore,the distribution of human resources has become a key link in the process of its role play.Construction project management practice has been developing continuously,but the human resources do not match with its development.Its common situation is: quality is low,lack of resources,human resource configuration is not reasonable,and many other problems.Therefore,it becomes urgent need to establish a set of scientific,standardized and highly efficient mechanism of human resource configuration as soon as possible,to rationally allocate human resources in the project,and to establish corresponding incentive and training system.Based on system research of human resource allocation and management in engineering project management,we think the most important resources are human resources,and it mostly affect the success or failure of the project decision.Project configuration of human resources management is making right people do right things in the right seat according to project goal,project progress and project conditions such as internal and external environment change.At the same time,take external and internal recruitment method to get required project staff,and use scientific way to allocate personnel to appropriate post.By doing this,personnel be fused closely with project team,staff enthusiasm for the project be motivated and maintained,team's overall business level be enhanced,finally project objectives are achieved.In this passage,We instructed the relevant principles and basic methods of human resource allocation management,and choose a construction enterprise engineering project as the research background,empirically analyse the actual condition of enterprise engineering project human resource.In view of the problems,put forward his opinion and countermeasures,and combine theoretical research with engineering practice.Due to the increasingly importance of human resource allocation,the enterprise should start from the actual situation in the construction engineering project management,and scientific and reasonably configurate human resources,actively build human resources configuration system which could conducive to project progress & enterprise development.The research conclusion of this article could be reference for related projects and enterprises,and could be help for some practical problems in human resource management of construction enterprise project.
