As an important part of rail transit,Metro project has entered a high-speed development stage in recent years.Rail transit construction projects are faced with severe geographical and geological conditions,and uncontrollable factors occur frequently.Therefore,there are high requirements for construction quality,poor quality management and inadequate treatment of construction details,which may cause great risks to the overall safety of the whole construction project.However,there are very few researches on the comprehensive management of metro project quality at present.Most of the researches focus on a certain link of the project,such as design and construction material procurement,pointing out the existing problems and giving solutions,but the application of total quality management is still not well established.Therefore,the object of this paper is to research the function of project quality management in the field of metro project,from project manager management to concrete construction management,which is linked with each other,reflects the importance of quality management in metro project more strongly,and provides some references and ideas for subway project to strengthen quality management.As a sub project of Jinan metro construction,strengthening the quality management level of Lot 5 of R3 line is not only the external requirement of Jinan metro project construction,but also the internal requirement for the project party to win market recognition and enhance market competitiveness.Our study takes R3 line 5 bid as an example,analyzing the quality management problems of R3 line 5 bid project,putting forward targeted solutions and countermeasures,improving the quality management level of the project,strengthening the quality of the project,and also providing useful reference for the quality management of similar subway projects.Based on the elaboration and summary of the research background,project quality management theory and PDCA quality management theory,this paper describes the current situation of R3 line 5 bid project quality management,including project overview,project quality management organization,process and existing quality control measures,and points out the problems existing in the existing quality management from three dimensions of pre construction,construction and post construction The main reasons include defects in project quality management organization,imperfect quality process control measures,and extensive guidance and standards for quality control measures in key links.In view of the causes of the problem,the relevant optimization measures proposed in this paper include improving the organization of quality management,improving the whole process quality control system of the project,formulating fine quality points,and refining quality control assurance measures.Finally,this paper points out that the project should be set up and improve the total quality management idea,by utilizing the method of total quality management,establishing security measures and implementing comprehensive quality management for R3 line 5 bid.From the personnel information management system of the whole process of comprehensive management,using PDCA cycle method set up and improve the concept of total quality management and other aspects of how to optimize and implement standard project quality management plan of R3 line 5 bid.
