| Shield method is an advanced construction technique of subways,tunnels and other large underground engineering project.It is not only safe and efficient without making much noise,but also influencing the traffic on the ground,underground pipeline construction and residents nearby slightly.Therefore,shield method has been widely used in the construction of subway project.As the key component of shield construction in subway project,shield segment plays a role of controlling force,shouldering the underground tunnel,safety protection,load,seal and retaining soil and other important functions,which is the outer protective barrier of underground tunnel.With the rapid development of Nanjing,Suzhou and other large or medium-sized cities,and the introduction of underground rail transport policy,shield construction technology will usher in a new upsurge in construction.At the same time,prefabricated shield block using in subway shield construction process,will also get an unprecedented rapid development.In the process of subway segment production,it often appears breakage and cracking,the dislocation of duct,bubbles on the surface and other quality problems,resulting in long-standing metro section tunnel leakage problems.However,the quality of shield segment is directly related to tunnel forming the overall quality,shield method construction process and subway engineering service life.Therefore,the quality improvement of subway shield tunnel segment lining problem has important practical significance for the engineering quality management.In view of this,this paper will combine the author work of subway construction--Suzhou subway x segment of shield tunnel project,and study the quality improvement of shield segment tunnel project.Specifically,this paper do the research from the following three aspects:(1)through the project practice sampling and fishbone diagram analysis,we identify the main quality problems of shield lining segments.(2)Apply the PDCA circulation quality management tools to find out the cause and discusses the specific improvement measures of quality problems,so as to control the quality problem of the shield lining segments.(3)Make an evaluation and improvement about the effects of the quality control by using PDCA cycle.Research results show that the project faces three major quality problem: segment in honeycomb pitting surface segment check sink skin segment surface cracks.By PDCA quality dynamic improvement after many times,the quality problem of shield lining segments are all addressed very well.In this paper,the quality improvement methods andthe effect of shield lining segments have provide a theory reference and practice guidance for the quality management of the related project management.In addition,through the subway project of shield segment lining quality improvement,to improve the quality of the production of shield segment lining and firm competitiveness,and provide important guarantee for the safe operation of the subway. |
