Research On Quality Management Of C Company D Viaduct Pier Cap Beam Project

With the rapid development of China’s economy,the urban transportation construction project has become an important infrastructure construction project to ensure the stability of the economy and people’s livelihood.Our country has invested more and more efforts in the construction of pier and cap beams in viaducts,and the construction work of pier and cap beams of viaducts has made considerable progress.While affirming the achievements,we should not neglect the problems that arise.Facing the frequent occurrence of bridge collapse accidents in recent years,we should attach great importance to the quality of bridge engineering construction.The quality is the life of the engineering project,and the construction project of the overhead pier column cover beam construction project is complicated,involves many links,the design standard is high and the technical difficulty is great,which makes the construction quality become the key and difficult point in the construction process of the high pier pier column cover beam project.The in-depth study of the quality management of the overhead bridge pier beam project is not only conducive to the maintenance of the people’s life and property safety,but also helps to improve the quality management level of the enterprise,and is of great theoretical and practical significance for the promotion of the reputation of the enterprise and the higher economic benefits.The purpose of this paper is to comprehensively and carefully analyze the quality management status of C D pier viaduct project.On the basis of the analysis of the current situation of the quality management of the D elevated pier column of C company,the problems existing in the quality management of the project are found through the "4M1E" analysis method,and the factors affecting the quality of the project of the pier column of the D elevated pier column are analyzed.At the same time,in order to solve these problems,this paper will design the quality assurance system and measures of the C company and the project,and carry out the quality PDCA management of the project project of the C company’s D elevated pier column bridge project in accordance with the plan-Execution-Inspection-processing idea.So as to improve the technical level,intellectual property rights and social benefits of the project.Through the study of the quality management in the project construction of the D elevated pier column of C company,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the quality management of the project,and puts forward the concrete solutions to ensure the smooth realization of the project quality management goal.At the same time,some of the quality management methods used in this project can provide some help and inspiration for similar construction projects in strengthening the quality management of the project.
