| Since the reform and development, our country has been committed to the political, economic, cultural, and the aspects of construction of the project, and achieved gratifying results. In fact, the highway construction is to realize the qualitative over, more and more to the standardization, the highway construction project in the direction of demand. In the process of project construction management, for the understanding of quality has always been a top priority, at present, there have been quite a number of construction enterprises to find the key to the quality control, they are in the heart of the construction concept of advanced technology and perfect quality management system effectively together, create the first-class highway engineering quality. However, to a large extent influenced by environmental factors and human factors, make quality management never runs through the whole construction process in highway engineering, can not meet the established effect.In the ninetys, I began to focus on quality management idea, believe that the quality control is the core of project management, and puts forward to apply the concept of highway engineering construction. Although through twenty years of research and development, but the implementation of quality management still exist many problems, to some extent, has seriously hindered the development of highway construction. This paper in laizhou city S306 sea line reconstruction project as an example of project quality management theory in the process of highway engineering pavement construction quality problem and solution were discussed, and analysed. At first, this paper mainly introduces the laizhou city S306 sea line reconstruction project construction and related problems of the whole process, the system elaborated the research using the theory and method, and put forward some expectations in according to the current situation. Secondly, in combination with commonly used in road construction quality problems to PDCA system that tells the concept, meaning and process. Respectively from the perspective of the owner and the contractor elaborated how in the case of different needs, interests and goals of scientific and effective use of PDCA management principles of quality monitoring and management, and to a classic case as the basis of case analysis. Finally the author thinks that highway construction enterprises must strengthen the awareness of quality problems in the construction process, to find a suitable for effectively solve measures, in the comprehensive promotion of quality supervision at the same time, both the construction of soft environment, only in this way can long-term survival in the fierce competition in the industry. |
