Research On The Innovation Project Management Of Transmission Line Safety Production Based On PDCA

According to the transmission lines security incidents and risks in recent years, by analyze the causes of transmission line fault, faults and security risks of transmission line can be divided into the wind, lightning, icing, human factor, outside force, bird damage, tower design and others to analyze causes and prevention measures. At the same time, there is still a gap before the enterprise gets its best, it has pointed out the direction of using PDCA management mode to carry on the project management work for the enterprise.
