Research On The Problems And Evaluation Of Restrictive Factors In The Project Schedule Management Of Shouxian Culture And Art Center

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that in today’s society,people’s needs have undergone profound changes,from the main material needs to spiritual needs,and the main task of cultural construction is to meet people’s spiritual needs.The vigorous development of cultural industry has further promoted the improvement of residents’ cultural literacy.As a cultural complex of the city,urban culture and Art Center has been widely favored by urban residents since its investment,and local governments have also increased their investment in construction.However,the construction of such projects is based on the local cultural heritage,so that the expected social benefits can be achieved and the cultural brand influence of local governments can be improved after the completion of the project.Whether the project can be completed with quality and quantity within the expected time and put into use smoothly is the focus of local governments and the primary consideration of project builders.This requires the implementation of effective project schedule management in the process of project construction,through in-depth study of the relevant knowledge and principles of project schedule management,formulate the project schedule organization and management mechanism in line with the actual construction requirements,and adopt scientific and effective project schedule control methods.However,at present,domestic scholars do not have much research on cultural and art centers,resulting in a lack of experience in schedule management of related construction projects.The Shouxian Culture and Art Center project selected in this paper is based on the fact that Shouxian county has profound cultural heritage and is one of the first batch of cities selected as famous historical and cultural cities in China in Anhui Province.At present,only 138 cities in China are listed as national famous historical and cultural cities.On the other hand,it is based on the effective integration of the construction structure characteristics of the project and local cultural characteristics,The research on the project construction of Shouxian culture and Art Center will provide a good reference for other cities to build similar cultural complex projects.Firstly,this paper expounds the concept and content of project schedule management,the concepts and steps of analytic hierarchy process and uzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the relevant theoretical knowledge of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process.Secondly,it describes the general situation,progress management process and existing problems of Shouxian Art Center project.Thirdly,through the analysis of the restrictive factors of these problems,the index system is constructed.Firstly,the weight of each index is obtained by using the analytic hierarchy process,and then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to further evaluate the impact of each index on the project schedule management,so as to find out several index factors with greater impact.Finally,based on the conclusion analysis of the above evaluation results,different optimization countermeasures are put forward from the perspective of the construction unit,the construction unit and the supervision unit.It is expected that through the research of this paper,it can provide reference and reference for the schedule management of similar cultural complex projects in the future,so as to improve the efficiency and quality of engineering construction.Figure 13 Table 16 Reference 56...
