A Research On Project Schedule Management Of Xi'an Yan Liang Aviation Museum

Schedule management,in project management,directly affects profit and cost of the project,especially in the construction of projects,and the effect is more obvious.To strengthen the schedule management of the project is of great significance to the construction of the project.This essay is based on the research and analysis of the problems in upgrading project schedule management in Xi 'an Yan Liang Aviation Museum.In this study,the author firstly reviewed the literature of project management,schedule management at home and broad,as well as analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The research project was then thoroughly investigated and the background characteristics and project schedule management status and the existing problems of the project were described in detail.On this basis,deep analysis is made about the problem that exist in the project.And then establish Yan Liang Aviation Museum upgrade project index system,use the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the impact index in the system.Then according to fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to furtherly analyze the main factors affecting the project schedule management.Finally,suggestions for such problems in the project schedule management have been put forward.What's more important,it provides a reference for similar project to improve the quality of schedule management.
