As the pace of highway construction continues to accelerate, the resulting safety risk issues are gradually exposed.Due to the long construction period,open-air work, large personnel flow and complex operating environment, the safety problems during construction can cause unpredictable casualties, economic losses and social impacts. Therefore,it is especially important to find out the main risk factors in the process of highway construction and make a comprehensive evaluation of highway construction projects based on them. The 94 cases of highway construction safety accidents in China in recent years were taken as the object of study, and the distribution characteristics of different accident types, the number of casualties and accident periods were statistically analyzed. The "2-4" model is used to explore the factors related to unsafe actions, unsafe physical state, habitual behavior and safety management system. On the basis of this,a comprehensive evaluation index system of highway construction safety risk is further constructed in terms of personnel, machinery and equipment, management and environment. The fuzzy hierarchical analysis method is used to assign weights to each evaluation index, and combined with the gray evaluation method to comprehensively evaluate the highway construction safety risk level.Based on the first phase of Yangxin Expressway from Shangcheng to Henan-Hubei provincial boundary(the first section),a comprehensive evaluation of the actual construction condition of the first section of the expressway is carried out. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation grade of "good" for the construction risk is obtained, and the overall control of personnel, machinery and equipment, management and environmental factors in the construction process was good. The evaluation results are basically consistent with the actual situation, and the model is applicable to the comprehensive evaluation of highway construction safety risks. |
