Research On Quality Management Of Xi’an YNJ Housing Project

The quality of project construction not only affects the credibility and benefits of construction units,but is also closely related to people’s lives and work.This article combines the specific conditions of my country’s construction and development,expounds the current situation and existing problems of project quality management,and discusses its future development trend,which reflects the importance and role of project quality management in all aspects of project construction.The quality of construction products of construction enterprises is the foundation and key to the survival and development of enterprises,and it is also related to the vital interests of construction product users,and even the safety of life.Therefore,this study will take the quality management process of Xi’an YNJ project as an example to analyze and discuss the quality assurance measures of construction projects and the role of quality management system in residential construction projects.The research work is based on relevant domestic and foreign literature and practical research,and detailed descriptions of basic theories and mathematical statistics methods such as quality,quality management,total quality management,and project construction quality management.The study took the Xi’an YNJ residential project as a case,and carried out the basic situation of the quality management of the Xi’an YNJ residential project from several aspects such as the construction background of the project,the composition of the project department,the overall quality management goal and target decomposition,the quality management system and quality assurance measures,etc.Establish a relatively complete project construction quality management regulations and effective guarantee measures in the Xi’an YNJ residential project,and guarantee the project Achievement of quality goals.The analysis and research on the construction quality management case of the Xi’an YNJ residential project is an attempt to combine the relevant theories of the construction quality management of the project with the specific practice in the project construction process.The improvement plan of the construction process quality management proposed in this case is a great The further improvement of the project quality management of residential project construction enterprises has a good reference value,which will improve the development and competition of construction enterprises to a certain extent.
