Research On Quality Management Of Residential Construction Projects

With the vigorous development of the domestic economy in recent years,the real estate industry and construction enterprises develop rapidly at the same time.But the quality of construction problems exposed slowly.In the current situation,China's housing construction project enterprises have to bear a lot of pressure,but the construction enterprise have to improve the self management mode to survive in the fierce market competition.It affects the construction enterprises how to better survival and development in the market.Housing construction project management mode can improve the quality of enterprise management level,prompt companies' cohesive force,and promote enterprise long-term development.This thesis is divided into four parts.The first part explains the research background,significance,research status and research contents and methods;the second part introduces the definition of residential construction and construction project quality management and summarize the theory;the third part analyzes the characteristics and current situation of housing construction project quality management in our country at the present stage,and each stage of residential construction project quality control and quality management in various stages are summarized.And also analyze the existing problems of residential construction project quality management;in the fourth part,take a residential project as an example.Introduces the basic situation,quality goal and the control measures taken of the project.This paper also analyzes the application of quality management in the design,construction and completion inspection and acceptance stage.Hope that through the description of the whole process of quality management and the introduction of application in residential projects,to perfect the construction of the quality management system,improve the quality of housing construction project management level,and to provide the reference of similar projects in the future.
