Research On Quality Management Of Residential Development Projects

Commercial housing development and construction is an important content of engineering construction.In recent years,the social problems caused by the quality defects of residential development projects have occurred from time to time.Therefore,the improvement of the quality of residential development projects is very important in the face.From the perspective of residential developers,this article research the quality management of residential development projects which based on the theory of total quality management.In this article research,the residential development quality management is divided into project quality management and service quality management.In the article,the project quality management of residential development projects is subdivided into the quality management in design stage,bidding stage,construction and acceptance stage,the service quality management of residential development projects is subdivided into the structure of the corporate culture and the quality management in Delivery and maintenance stage.From this,I get the key points of quality management in each stage.In the article,I practiced my research results in the first and second phase of quality management of Minmetals Nanjing JXT project.As a result,the construction quality and service quality in the second phase of JXT project have been improved significantly,and the experience documents of quality management in each stage have been accumulated.
