Study On The Quality Management Of Shouguang Yinhai Yuyuan Residential Area Construction Project

With the increasing of the national economy, China’s construction industry market is booming increasingly, engineering construction quality level enhances unceasingly, the scale of engineering construction project is bigger and bigger, and its complexity is also higher and higher. However, at the same time of the rapid development in the construction industry, the quality problems still arise frequently in some common industrial and civil construction projects. On the one hand, some shoddy constructions are common like " floor dropping "floor crispy", on the other hand, a lot of construction projects’quality is generally low, which leads to a big security hidden danger in many engineering projects and threatens people’s life and property safety directly. Analyzing the reason, it is important that some people are lack of quality awareness and the awareness of quality technology and quality management. Therefore, the construction quality management is the key of the engineering construction, is the survival guarantee of construction enterprise.
