The rapid development of the automotive market has brought business opportunities to many auto parts factories,as well as great challenges,and it has put pressure on N companies that already facing severe market competitiveness.As well as the rapid development of new energy vehicles in recent years,the needs of customers have also become diversified,all of which have severely tested N’s original production methods.The mass production method has been difficult to adapt to the current diversified market requirements,and the production line needs to be changed in a more than lean ways.Lean production is just to solve the diversified market,reduce costs and produce high-quality products,and has achieved success in many companies at home and abroad.This thesis takes N company’s M product production line as the research object.Due to the rising cost and pressure from competitors,the competitiveness of N Company is reduced,which further affects the company’s profitability.In order to improve the company’s market competitiveness,it is necessary to transform the M production line into unitized production,reduce the area of the production line and reduce online employees,and at the same time optimize the layout of the workshop to reduce the waste of walking and transportation caused by unreasonable layout.This thesis uses value stream to analyze the N company’s M production line,and it improves the analyzed problems,using unitized production to optimize the production line,adjust the production line layout,optimize the operator’s work balance chart,and the company’s raw material inventory quantity and finished product inventory Calculate the quantity to get the optimal inventory to reduce inventory waste.Incorporate 5S and TPM into continuous improvement regulations.It summarizes the effects of improvement,identify shortcomings and improvements,and provide a theoretical and practical basis for future continuous improvement.
