| Under the background of environmental development demand,it is inevitable to expand the proportion of rural clean energy use.The use of natural gas as an energy source can reduce the consumption of coal and oil and greatly improve the environmental pollution problem.However,when the content of natural gas in the air reaches a certain level,it will cause people to suffocate.When the concentration of natural gas in the closed environment reaches a certain proportion,it will trigger powerful explosions,and gas accidents are common.In China,large-scale construction of gas coal projects in urban and rural areas has been promoted,and risk identification and prevention have become an important content of public attention.Papers to D town "coal gas generation" project as the research object,on the basis of risk management related theory,through the "coal gas generation" project risk management at home and abroad literature,combined with field investigation and study to choose the project construction and operation maintenance phase is an important part of the risk identification and prevention,main research contents are the following:1)Use the checklist method to identify risk events and risk factors.The construction stage includes 5 first-level indicators and 14 second-level indicators,while the operation and maintenance stage includes 4 first-level indicators and 13 second-level indicators.2)to establish a risk evaluation system to evaluate the result of the identification,caused by the technical scheme and technical staff,technical risk,management personnel and on-site management caused by the risk management in the construction phase of the risk proportion is the largest,ability of emergency disposal,large agricultural machinery and damage caused by the risk in the operation and maintenance phase of the risk.3)government and design units,construction enterprises,the village committee and villagers users such as ngos as the main body,their behavior has significant impact on risk identification and prevention,to "cooperate with the government supervision and service,the enterprise’s construction,village management,villagers’ participation to build" as the goal,qi force can effectively reduce the risk.Figure 2;Table 11;Reference 45... |
