| As a construction projects facilitating high-speed railway, city A high speed rail passenger terminal play an important role in evacuating and transporting high-speed rail passenger. The project has a tight schedule, high quality requirements and strict requirements on cost controlling since it is invested by the government.Besides, there are many contractors in the project. All the project characteristics bring risks to the project construction. In this thesis, the construction risk events of 43 projects in recent years have been collected through an investigation.Risk analysis of these risk events is first carried out to identify the construction risk of the A-level high-speed passenger terminal including construction safety risk, quality risk, construction risk, cost risk, material and equipment procurement risk and capital risk.Secondly, according to the characteristics of each type of risk, matching method of risk identification is selected to identify the specific risk items under the six categories of risks.Thirdly,Delphi method is used to evaluate the risk and loss severity of the construction risk item of the city A high-speed passenger transport station project.Risk items with higher probability of occurrence, with more serious consequence, with more excepted loss are ranked by three rounds of evaluation. The rank can provide the direction and the basis for the risk prevention and the monitoring. In order to reduce the probability of construction risk,to eliminate or reduce the loss caused by construction risk of city A high-speed rail passenger terminal project, specific construction risk prevention measures is determined. Finally, investigation, analysis and report is applied to track, monitor and evaluate the risk management, which makes the real-time tracking and timely control of the construction risk of the A high-speed railway passenger terminal project a reality. The results show that the identification and prevention of construction risk is an effective way to manage the construction risk and control the loss caused by the construction risk. |
