Abstract/Summary:
With the acceleration of socialization, the urban population density has increased and the number of road vehicles has increased dramatically.Although the popularization of automobile consumption based on private ownership has,to a certain extent, increased the efficiency of social production and life,it has consumed a lot of resources throughout the entire life cycle, from the production, operation, and recycling stages of the automobile,to an unsustainable nature.Consumption model.Based on the goal of solving the dilemma of auto consumption, the automobile sharing model originated in Switzerland and quickly became popular in Germany, the United States, and Japan. In the above-mentioned developed countries, the model of car sharing has been verified to a considerable extent, and there are also good prospects and great potential in China. However, car sharing involves not only the optimization of the road system, but also what elements it will involve in the process of infiltrating people’s lives and how it affects people’s daily lives. This is a comprehensive issue. The discussion of how sustainable vehicle sharing models relate to communities that are based on human settlements is the focus of this research.Based on the existing model of car sharing and the status of urban communities, this article analyzes the urban community renewal of car sharing from the aspects of car sharing and urban community development, basic concepts, major types, and community renewal strategies. The content of the service system design is combined with the traditional method of environmental design, and a new urban community renewal idea is proposed. The urban community renewal design based on "car sharing" is based on a sustainable perspective. The overall plan for the full utilization of existing resources will involve the automobile sharing itself and the updated parts of the urban community’s corresponding community supporting facilities and services.
