Due to its unique construction method,prefab houses have great advantages in terms of environmental protection,energy saving,and less labor demand,and they are being promoted by the state again.And also affects the judgment in the project decision-making stage.Therefore,accurate and rapid cost forecasting can be achieved.Effectively improve the cost management capabilities of prefabricated houses and promote the development of prefabricated houses.This article starts with the cost composition and main influencing factors of prefabricated houses,and realizes the purpose of fast and accurate cost prediction of prefabricated houses,and completes the construction and application analysis of the prefabricated house cost prediction model.This article will combine domestic and foreign research literature on the factors affecting the cost of prefabricated houses,prefabricated house cost prediction and neural network prediction models.According to the characteristics of the neural network model,it is selected to have better convergence ability and prediction accuracy,and the Elman model used for predicting stability is used for precast project cost prediction research.Document spectrometry,summarizes research other scholars,analysis,classification and will be used from the four sides in order to classify the cost predictor of 15,building characteristics,structural characteristics,project positioning and project environment.Depending on the characteristics of the Elman neural network model,the genetic algorithm(GA)is used to optimize the weights and the MATLAB software is used to program the GAElman model.The model is trained and learned through the sample data of the completed project,and the cost prediction experiment is performed,and the cost is output.The average relative error of the prediction results is controlled at 3%,which verifies the applicability of the prefabricated building cost prediction model,and compares and analyzes it with the unoptimized Elman model to verify the GA-Elman model in the prefabricated building cost prediction Sex Stability and accuracy.Use the GA-Elman model to predict the cost of engineering cases as different metrics change.According to the forecast results,the investment decision will make the following proposals: When designing an architectural plan,you should consider choosing a more regular elevation to reduce the degree of difference in prefabricated components that helps with decomposition and optimization.Of the component.Prefabricated components.Under the premise of meeting the prefabrication rate required by the policy,when selecting the structure type,because the structural form is reasonably selected according to the project purpose,there is a large gap between the prefabrication rate and the number of components of different structural forms.Do not blindly pursue the prefabrication rate index;While meeting the prefabrication rate index,start with the project positioning index,and use new technologies and new materials to optimize the cost,so as to control the growth of the cost;when selecting the prefabrication rate and the type of prefabricated components,full consideration should be given to the increase of each prefabricated component.Measure the cost.According to the characteristics of prefabricated buildings,the formation of design standardization can effectively control the growth of production costs.
