Research On Factors Affecting Cost Of Prefabricated Building Based On RAGA-PPC Model

In recent years,my country’s infrastructure has been rapidly improved,and the improvement process has also brought many negative effects to the environment.Therefore,the traditional construction mode is in urgent need of transformation.Due to the late development of prefabricated buildings in my country,related cost management theories need to be improved,making the development of prefabricated buildings encounter many problems.On the road of transformation,the first problem that should be faced is that the cost of prefabricated buildings is higher than that of traditional cast-in-place buildings.This article takes the research of prefabricated building costs as the starting point,analyzes the key cost influencing factors,and makes recommendations.Starting from related theories,it introduces the concept of prefabricated building and the definition of cost,the cost composition of traditional cast-in-place building,the cost composition of prefabricated building,and the projection pursuit clustering model.Then it analyzes the factors that affect the cost of prefabricated buildings in depth,and obtains a preliminary list of cost influencing factors through the analysis of the cost composition of prefabricated buildings and literature research.These cost influencing factors mainly come from the design stage,the production stage,and the construction and installation stage.And the transportation stage.Based on the research idea of??combining theory and practice,the final cost influencing factor list is formed by analyzing the cost composition of the two construction methods under the premise of the same quality on the actual project and combining it with the preliminary cost influencing factor list,Through screening,the original 26 cost influencing factors became 19 now.The questionnaire was designed based on the influencing factors,and the original data was obtained through expert scoring,and SPSS software was used to test the reliability and validity of the data to ensure the reliability and validity of the data.Finally,the RAGA-PPC evaluation model is used to comprehensively evaluate the factors affecting the cost of prefabricated buildings.The results show that the key factors that have a greater impact on the cost of prefabricated buildings are: component standardization,component mold cost,deepening design integration level,component disassembly It is divided into rationality,construction sequence and technology,machinery use efficiency and manual installation efficiency,the degree of specialization of component production,the level of production personnel,transportation paths and distances,etc.Based on the results of the analysis,corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are given to the main influencing factors that affect the cost of prefabricated buildings.
