As a green and environmentally friendly construction method,prefabricated buildings have overturned the traditional high-energy,high-polluting construction methods.Prefabricated buildings represent the future direction of my country’s construction industry reform,which can effectively achieve the optimization and upgrading of the construction industry and speed up towns.Construction.At this stage,my country has failed to form a prefabricated construction market with upstream and downstream linkages.It lacks a unified development standard.In addition to the insufficient government support policies,the level of cost control in the entire process of prefabricated buildings is low.This has also become a prefabricated building.The biggest obstacle to further development in our country.At the same time,the current research on the cost of prefabricated construction fails to combine the relevant characteristics of the prefabricated building itself.Based on this,this article studies the influencing factors of the cost control of the prefabricated building at each stage and proposes solutions to the cost control of the corresponding stage,which will improve The level of cost control in the whole process of my country’s construction enterprises and to further promote the development of my country’s prefabricated buildings provides a certain reference value.This article first introduces the cost composition of prefabricated buildings and prefabricated buildings and the comprehensive evaluation method of fuzzy mathematics on the basis of reading related literatures on prefabricated buildings at home and abroad.The building is divided into five stages: design,production,transportation,installation,and others,which provides a direction for the identification of cost control influencing factors in the next stage;secondly,the cost control influence of prefabricated buildings in each stage is constructed by combining the method of literature review.The list of factors and the interpretation of the influencing factors at each stage;then the theory of fuzzy mathematics and common methods of determining subjective and objective weights are introduced,combined with the actual needs of the research objects in this article,a fuzzy evaluation model based on the AHP-entropy weight method is constructed As an evaluation method for cost control of a prefabricated construction project,the principle and specific implementation steps of the method are introduced.The effect of the cost control of the Longhu Tianpu Phase I project is analyzed by combining the above evaluation model,and the evaluation model is The feasibility in actual operation was verified;finally,according to the calculation results and the related theories of cost control,targeted solutions were proposed for the cost control of each stage of the prefabricated building.Through the above-mentioned related research,the cost control model created is not only helpful for scientific and reasonable research on the cost control of prefabricated buildings,but also for the construction unit to formulate reasonable cost control measures and the government to formulate related support policies.Guiding role and practical significance.
