| With the promotion of green ecological buildings,prefabricated buildings as a new construction method have advantages over traditional cast-in-situ buildings in terms of saving construction time and labor,stable quality,energy saving,water saving,material saving,reducing wet work and construction waste..Phosphorous building gypsum prefabricated components are mainly industrial waste residue phosphogypsum,which is processed into building components after processing.This article takes the construction stage of prefabricated buildings as the research boundary,and takes a prefabricated residential project in Chengdu as an example to study the application of phosphorous building gypsum prefabricated components(PG components)instead of PC components in prefabricated buildings,comparing PC component housing with PG components The construction cost of the house is analyzed.The difference in construction cost is analyzed,and the comprehensive benefits of prefabricated building using phosphate building gypsum prefabricated components are studied by combining qualitative and quantitative methods.This paper analyzes the characteristics and characteristics of prefabricated gypsum building materials and the application of PG components in actual engineering,and summarizes four aspects of benefits,including economic benefits,multifunctional benefits,quality assurance benefits and safety benefits.After analysis and research,each branch is composed of several sub-items.Combined with the actual situation of the project case,the expert consultation method and questionnaire are used to obtain the evaluation indexes and parameters of each benefit.After screening,the index evaluation system is obtained.Then use the entropy method and the AHP method to calculate the index weight,and construct a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on the entropy value and the AHP method.Combined with the established model,the data arrangement and results analysis were carried out,and the comprehensive benefits of the application of prefabricated building gypsum in prefabricated building were analyzed.The thesis has obtained the following research results in the research process:(1)The application of PG components has reduced the labor cost of installation and installation of G project by more than 70,000 yuan,and the labor cost of decoration and decoration has been reduced by more than 30,000 yuan;the cost of component costs has been reduced by 15,000 yuan,and the cost of decoration materials has been reduced by 0.7 The use of construction equipment has saved 117,000 yuan;the cost of construction measures has saved more than 21,000 yuan;the indirect cost of construction has saved more than 0.9 million yuan.The application of phosphate building gypsum prefabricated components in prefabricated buildings can reduce construction costs.The construction cost of PC components is 1025.59 yuan / m2,and the construction cost of PG components is 972.2 yuan / m2,which is a 5.2% cost reduction.PG components have more advantages in decoration than PC components.The use of phosphogypsum as a building material for prefabricated buildings not only realizes the utilization of phosphogypsum resources,but also saves energy and reduces emissions,and reduces construction energy consumption.(2)Based on the principle of comprehensive benefit evaluation of prefabricated buildings,combined with the actual application of PG components in the Chengdu G project,this article established 4 first-level indicators,8 second-level indicators,and 22 third-level indicators according to the expert consultation method.And analyze the evaluation indexes,and establish the comprehensive benefit evaluation index system of PG component prefabricated prefabricated houses from four aspects: economic benefits,quality assurance benefits,multifunctional benefits and safety benefits.This paper uses the AHP method to determine the subjective weights and the entropy weight method to determine the objective weights.The combined weighting of the AHP-entropy weight method is obtained,and a fuzzy multi-level comprehensive evaluation model is established.(3)Demonstration of the comprehensive benefits of the PG component used in the Chengdu G project,collecting index weight data through a questionnaire,determining the comprehensive weight through the AHP method and the entropy weight method,and using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to show the details The whole process of model evaluation,the results clearly show that the comprehensive benefit evaluation results of PG components used in prefabricated residential projects are better.Enterprises can know the adaptability of PG components in prefabricated residential projects through this method,and it also shows that the application of phosphor building gypsum prefabricated components in prefabricated residential buildings has certain promotion value and application prospect. |
