Research On The Design Method Of The Accessibility In The Public Space Of Shenzhen Residential Area

After 2016,under the advocacy of "Healthy China",urban barrier-free environment construction has accelerated,and domestic first-tier cities have introduced corresponding management measures to standardize the process of barrier-free design and construction.At the same time,the connotation of the concept of barrier-free has deepened and expanded.The universal design advocated by the industry should provide safety,comfort and comfort to all members of society including the disabled,the elderly,pregnant women,children and other disadvantaged groups.Convenient urban environment,therefore accessible design and construction are moving towards a more refined and humanized development stage.The residential area is one of the main places where social activities occur,and it is also one of the basic building blocks of the city.The accessible system of the residential area is closely related to the urban accessible system.The public space in the residential area is the main carrier for providing leisure activities and is closely related to the daily life of urban residents.However,the current accessible design of residential areas only pays attention to basic infrastructure facilities such as accessible ramps,lacking systematic and refined treatment,and less vulnerable groups can enjoy the achievements of community construction.Therefore,this article takes the public space of residential areas in Shenzhen as the research object,aims at creating a safe,comfortable and convenient Accessibility and explores the Accessibility design method of public spaces in residential areas.First,through literature research,analyze the relevant basic theories,the behavioral characteristics of the accessible service population in the residential area,and the accessible needs,and interpret the types and characteristics of the public space in the residential area based on the differentiated needs of the disadvantaged groups,and use this as a basis for the public space in the residential area The accessible system is decomposed into three subsystems: the accessible route,the accessible activity space,and the accessible sign guide,and the system elements are analyzed.Secondly,through the method of field investigation,analyze the current situation of public accessible environment construction in residential areas in Shenzhen,benchmark advanced cases,and conclude that the current accessible construction of public spaces in residential areas has problems at the travel level,the use level,and the information level.Based on the analysis of the status quo,based on the principles of integrity,closeness and regionality,using relevant theories,and from the perspective of architecture,try to explore the public in residential areas from the perspective of system path linking,active space shaping,and information-based guidance configuration.Finally,the Accessibility of a public space in a residential area in Shenzhen is used as a case design demonstration to verify the feasibility of the accessible design strategy.It is expected to provide ideas and references for the future research and practice of accessible design of public spaces in residential areas.
