Since the 1990 s,residential areas of comparable size,reasonable transportation,and complete facilities have begun to develop rapidly in China.In the rapid urbanization movement,Chengdu’s “big market” has also flourished since 2000.As of2018,there have been more than 20 “big markets” in Chengdu.Residential supporting business is the basic business in the classification of urban commercial centers,carrying the daily consumption needs of residents.However,with the upgrading of residents’ demand structure,the rise of urban and regional shopping centers,and the bubble of real estate development,the problems and challenges faced by residential supporting businesses have become increasingly prominent.This paper uses spatial syntactic theory and research methods to quantitatively analyze the accessibility of supporting commercial areas in residential areas.This method is used to predict the intrinsic relationship between the use of supporting commercial buildings in urban settlements and their spatial patterns,and the design of residential supporting commercial planning.Specific models to find out the supporting business model for residential areas that are more convenient for residents.First of all,through the data research,the spatial organization pattern of residential areas and the division of commercial types of settlements are sorted out.Demonstrate the feasibility of spatial syntax applied to the study of the accessibility of residential areas,and propose the variable parameters that can be used to study the supporting commercial space model of residential areas.On the basis of this,the application method of spatial syntax in the supporting business accessibility of residential areas is analyzed..Secondly,the sample is selected to investigate the size pattern,business flow,traffic organization,commercial space and business status of the residential area,and statistics and questionnaire surveys are conducted on the traffic flow of the commercial block nodes.Using syntactic software to analyze the spatial pattern of settlements affecting commercial accessibility from the aspects of axis density,mazeindex,percentage of end-points,connection value,depth value,integration degree,selectivity,intelligibility,flow interface and synergy,commercial location,commercial traffic organization,and human flow factors.At the same time,the syntactic calculation results are compared with the current situation research,and the empirical factors affecting the accessibility of the supporting business in the settlement area are added for correction.Finally,starting from the syntactic analysis of the commercial spatial organization model of each sample,combined with the status quo and investigation of each sample,the syntactic characteristics of each element space and the supporting commercial space organization mode of the residential area are summarized.The actual case is selected to verify the conclusion in reverse,and the accuracy and universality of the commercial accessibility design strategies and models in the residential area are tested.
