Study On The Design Method Of Rural Homestay Inn In Southern Shaanxi

With the improvement of people’s living standard and spiritual and cultural needs,rural tourism has developed rapidly,the industrial structure of rural residents has changed,and the industrial transformation has led to changes in the way of life and production of rural residents.The development of traditional houses into rural houses has become an inevitable trend.This paper takes the rural residential accommodation in southern Shaanxi as the research object,takes the development and transformation of traditional residential buildings in southern Shaanxi as the breakthrough point,clarifies the classification of rural residential types in southern Shaanxi,and explores the design principles,strategies and design methods of different types of rural residential accommodation in southern Shaanxi.This paper is divided into five parts.First of all,grasp the research background,understand the development of rural residential and domestic research status,analysis of rural residential research trends,determine the research methods and framework;Secondly,the natural,economic and cultural environment of southern Shaanxi is summarized through literature review,field investigation and so on.Analysis of the development of traditional folk houses in southern Shaanxi into the value of rural residential significance and fit elements,for the southern Shaanxi traditional residential to rural residential transformation to provide the basis,so that rural residential design more in-situ and scientific;Thirdly,to determine the scope of rural residential research,through literature review,field research,semi-structured interviews and other forms of research related to the subject of outstanding domestic rural residential cases and typical rural residential cases in southern Shaanxi,analysis and summary of the main points of residential design in the case and focus on the problems,analysis of the current rural residential development of rural residential development in southern Shaanxi;After that,through the data analysis of the influencing factors of rural residential design in southern Shaanxi,according to different influencing factors,the definition basis of rural residential type division in southern Shaanxi is analyzed.Among them,the types of households with different family industrial structure are reasonably combined with the new form of rural villagers,and the types of rural houses in southern Shaanxi are studied according to different forms of combination,and the types of rural houses suitable for the promotion and development of southern Shaanxi are summarized;Finally,this paper puts forward the design principles and strategies of rural residential accommodation in southern Shaanxi,and analyzes the design methods of five types of rural residential accommodation in planning,positioning,location layout,plane function,facade modeling,spatial structure,material technology,interior furnishings,external environment and so on.
