The Research Of The Standardized Design Of Villages And Towns Traditional Dwellings In Southern Shaanxi

With the development of China's economy,the accelerating of urbanization process and the improvement of villages and towns' residents' requirements to improve their living quality,the work of housing construction has become an urgent task.It is difficult for the traditional construction model to develop rapidly on scale,so the construction industry is transforming to industrialization,assemblage and integration.Our country encourages the construction of socialist new countryside,and the housing construction is an important part of the construction of socialist new countryside.In the process of construction may encounter some problems,including a lot of repetitive problems,so it is necessary to establish a standardized document of villages and towns traditional dwellings to guide the residents to build their dwellings.From the perspective of development,the standardized design of dwellings can control quality better,improve the technology and living quality,as well as reduce the costs.This paper is just based on the above background.This paper mainly studies the standardized design of villages and towns traditional dwellings in Southern Shaanxi.Firstly,the paper starts from the concept of standardization,and comprehensively expounds the related theories and contents of it,and lists some cases of standardized design of housing construction from domestic and foreign countries;secondly,the basic characteristics of Southern Shaanxi' local ecological system are analyzed and summarized based on field research,including geography,climatic features,natural resources and so on,which provide a theoretical basis for the following in-depth research.Then this paper studies the layout of villages and towns traditional dwellings in Southern Shaanxi from the following several aspects: flat shape,construction technology,building materials.It also analyses the space composition and its specific sizes of dwellings,which is the premise of standardized design.Then try to do some diversified design of standardize space under different production modes,in order to establish a design pattern of dwellings which can be popularised and applied rapidly.Next,starts the detailed standardized design of villages and towns traditional dwellings in Southern Shaanxi,and then matches the light steel structure and villages and towns dwellings with dimensions and modulus based on the above research,proposes a standardized document of dwellings' plane,elevation,structure system and components,summaries the concept of standardization in practical design.Finally,this paper discusses how to promote the development of the standardized design of villages and towns traditional dwellings in Southern Shaanxi,hoping that the paper can be used as a reference for the popularization and application of the standardized design of villages and towns traditional dwellings in Southern Shaanxi.
