Research On Rural Residential Space Design Strategies In Southern Shaanxi From The Perspective Of Healthy Human Settlement

In the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,"rural revitalization" is an important strategy to optimize rural living environment,improve rural infrastructure construction,improve rural style,promote long-term and sustainable healthy development of rural areas,strengthen rural cultural construction,and enhance residential adaptability.The development of rural living environment construction in southern Shaanxi is relatively slow,and from a health perspective,there are many problems in the material environment and spiritual civilization construction.Starting from the concept of healthy living,this study takes rural housing in southern Shaanxi as the research object,draws on the evaluation standards of healthy housing and other evaluation indicators of Healthy building at home and abroad,and forms a research system suitable for rural housing,which mainly includes three aspects: space comfort,health promotion,and humanistic care.By means of physical environment testing and analysis,as well as residential survey,this paper conducts a detailed analysis and analysis of the health issues of typical residential buildings in the region from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives,summarizes the problems and patterns,and proposes renovation design strategies that are in line with the regional climate and environmental characteristics,lifestyle,and cultural characteristics.Based on the three aspects of space comfort,health promotion,and humanistic care,specific improvement strategies and methods have been formed,including improving indoor space comfort,improving indoor environmental quality,establishing multi-level communication spaces,integrating more regional characteristics,and creating spaces that are coordinated with the environment.From the aspects of site planning and design,individual residential space design,indoor thermal comfort,energy conservation,natural lighting,and ventilation,etc,Conduct spatial design and establish a solution model for specific cases,and further validate the improvement strategy through design and simulation.Provide targeted guidance for the construction of healthy rural areas in southern Shaanxi,and promote the healthy development and revitalization of rural living environments.
