Research On Spatial Design Strategy Of Rural B&Bs In Southern Shaanxi Based On Regional Cultural Experience

At present,the rural revitalization policy has been discussed as a topic in many important conferences.Relevant fruitful policies are also guiding the development and construction of rural areas.Rural tourism projects are gradually becoming a new destination for consumers,which also arouses the enthusiasm of the industry and researchers.Rural B&Bs located in the Qinling Mountains and Daba Mountains in southern Shaanxi are also developing rapidly due to their ecological geographical advantages.However,at present,relevant researches on rural B&Bs in southern Shaanxi are at an early stage,and the countermeasures for the improvement of relevant specific space have not been thoroughly studied.Besides,with the neglect of the utilization value of rural resources and the emergence of local cultural chaos,On the one hand,many rural B&Bs in southern Shaanxi have destroyed the traditional rural style and hindered their own development.On the other hand,it has damaged the natural ecological environment and caused a waste of resources.In order to reasonably guide the healthy development of rural B&Bs in southern Shaanxi and help rural revitalization,it is necessary to innovate the building mode of B&Bs and deepen the spatial design strategy.The concept of attaching importance to site resources,regional context and experience process advocated by regional cultural experience consumption coincides with the current chaotic construction of rural B&Bs in southern Shaanxi.In order to explore a new design method,this paper integrates the concept of regional cultural experience with the spatial design of rural B&Bs in southern Shaanxi.Based on the perspective of regional cultural experience and the subjective experience of users as the design basis,this study analyzes and studies the status quo of traditional dwellings and rural B&Bs space experience elements in southern Shaanxi,builds the B&Bs space experience design framework,and studies the experience design strategies of each element of specific space.The design concept suitable for the development of rural B&Bs in southern Shaanxi is introduced into the construction of B&Bs,so as to improve the quality of rural B&Bs in southern Shaanxi,optimize its competitiveness,provide design guidance for the future rural tourism in southern Shaanxi,and help the structural upgrading of rural industry in southern Shaanxi.The main content of the thesis is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction part,mastering the background of the subjectresearch,expounding the purpose and significance of the research,defining the conceptof the research object,understanding the status quo of relevant research at home and abroad,analyzing the research trend and determining the research methods and framework.The second chapter describes the basic situation of southern Shaanxi,analyzes the development status of B&Bs in three cities in southern Shaanxi,selects several representative B&Bs cases for field research,summarizes and analyzes the spatial characteristics of rural B&Bs in southern Shaanxi,and points out the problems existing in the space of rural B&Bs in southern Shaanxi,which lays a foundation for the design and research below.The third chapter explores four experience types suitable for rural B&B space in southern Shaanxi by combining the previous research.Through questionnaire survey and sample data analysis,it summarizes four spatial elements of regional cultural experience design,and puts forward the design principles of corresponding elements to promote the construction of rural B&b space design strategy under regional cultural experience.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the regional cultural experience design strategy of rural B&Bs in southern Shaanxi,and puts forward the steps and strategies of regional cultural experience design of rural B&Bs in southern Shaanxi from four aspects: spatial theme design under recluse experience,spatial sequence design under emotional experience,spatial scene design under thinking experience,and spatial element design under sensory experience.The fifth chapter takes the actual project of Zhashui "Zhuxi Valley" Guesthouse in Shaanxi Province as an example,and applies the regional cultural experience space design strategy proposed above to the project for verification.The last part is the summary and prospect,which summarizes the research content,draws the main research conclusions,and summarizes the deficiencies of the research as well as the direction and content that can be further improved in the future.
