With the continuous development of research on the conservation and renewal of historical and cultural districts,the formulation of policies and regulations at the macro level has tended to be perfect,and the preservation of historical information at the physical space level has gradually formed a scientific system.However,due to the early transformation process of historical and cultural districts,the real estate domination and the entry of a large number of investments have brought new vitality to historical and cultural districts,but also caused problems such as gentrification of tourism,which can make the social space become homogeneous and lead to the decline of vitality.In order to better protect the socio-spatial network of historical and cultural districts and maintain the originality of the districts,this study aims to understand the formation mechanism of social dynamics of recreation,optimize the spatial pattern of historical and cultural districts,and provide an effective scientific basis for the implementation of optimization strategies.This paper takes Wuhan Tanhualin historical and cultural district as an example,and constructs a quantitative index system for the social vitality of Tanhualin recreation from two dimensions: material space composition level and actual vitality space operation level,and calculates the ideal vitality value of recreation space composition vitality under the existing material space condition based on the multiple current regression equation,and conducts a comparative analysis on the block scale with the real recreation space operation vitality,based on the The regression coefficients are used to analyze the causes of the matching degree of vitality,and to provide scientific and effective reference for the strategy of improving the social vitality of recreation in historical districts.This paper firstly analyzes the related concepts such as "historical and cultural district","tourism gentrification","recreation" and "social vitality".The quantitative index system of social vitality of recreation is constructed,and the quantitative index data of spatial composition of recreation,recreation business mode and historical and cultural elements are analyzed through "s DNA line segment model" and "Arc GIS".The data are quantified and normalized by the methods of "s DNA line segment model" and "Arc GIS kernel density analysis",and the ideal constitutive vitality is obtained by correlation analysis and multiple linear regression model,and compared with the actual operational vitality,and the optimization strategy is provided.It is also expected to provide more intuitive and scientific ideas for the conservation and renewal of the same type of historical and cultural districts.The main conclusions of the study are as follows.(1)The correspondence between recreation social vitality and social space is found,and the composition vitality of recreation space is classified by combining with urban morphology vitality theory,and finally the quantitative index system of recreation social vitality is obtained.(2)The spatial distribution pattern of the overall heat map of the neighborhood can be obtained that there are a large number of mobile people in the neighborhood,and there is a more obvious aggregation pattern of human flow in the public space of the neighborhood,which can,to a certain extent,prove that there is a more sustainable and sustainable social vitality in the study area.(3)Through the multiple linear regression equation,the ideal vitality value of the vitality of the open space composition under the current physical conditions is calculated.Spatial visualization reveals that the overall vitality level of open space composition under ideal condition is higher compared with the real operation level,covering most public activity spaces.The core of vitality is connected by the east-west horizontal axis,which has a tendency to be enclosed but is obstructed by several groups of non-spaces with low vitality values of recreation.A comparative analysis of the ideal compositional vitality and the actual operational vitality at the block scale reveals that the social vitality of recreation in the block with the best recreation resources and the strongest cultural atmosphere is not strong,but has a high compositional vitality of recreation space due to the existence of the Toubei Xiang shopping district and the Mao Zedong’s former residence scenic spot group.The coefficients of the multiple linear regression equation are inferred to be the causes,and the corresponding vitality enhancement strategies are proposed. |
