Historical and cultural blocks are urban spaces with largescale historical buildings.In urban construction and old city reconstruction,it is necessary to protect the style and features of historical buildings and the traditional layout of historical streets.At the same time,it is important to use resources to optimize the landscape environment of blocks,improve supporting facilities,and rationally lay out commercial formats to make the historical and cultural block full of vitality,attract more citizens and tourists to the block for activities,and make the historical and cultural blocks take better advantages of social and economic benefits.Due to the increasing material and cultural needs of people in the historical and cultural blocks,people continue to be dissatisfied with various elements such as block infrastructure and commercial formats,so the landscape vitality of the block has declined.How to evaluate the landscape vitality of historical and cultural blocks,how to find existing problems and accurately rectify existing problems,is a hot spot for managers of historical and cultural blocks.In order to explore effective methods and paths to solve these problems and improve the management level of historical and cultural blocks,the landscape vitality evaluation of Fucheng historical and cultural blocks is conducted.Firstly,the paper analyzes the relevant policies,briefly explains the background of the research topic,and puts forward the purpose and significance of this study through background analysis.It combs the relevant theories and methods,and the relevant research on Haikou historical and cultural district,and analyzes the differences and research gaps,summarizes the related concepts of landscape,vitality,landscape vitality,and historical and cultural blocks.Combing the research contents and corresponding research methods,and finally sorting out the technical route and framework of the paper according to the research contents and methods.Secondly,combined with the landscape vitality and the preliminary screening evaluation system factors of historical and cultural blocks research literature,the landscape vitality evaluation system of historical and cultural blocks is determined with five evaluation index factors of natural environment,location traffic,street space,supporting facilities and history and culture.These five evaluation index factors are the first level index of the historical cultural block landscape vitality evaluation system,and the five evaluation index factors are explained.Conduct the influence questionnaire,combined with principal component analysis method to calculate the index weight.According to the calculation results of the weights,analyze the contribution rate of the index factors to the landscape vitality,and establish the landscape vitality evaluation system of historical and cultural blocks.Finally,the basic situation of the historic and cultural district of Fucheng is summarized,and the satisfaction of landscape vitality index factors is investigated.The results of the questionnaire are analyzed,and the values of landscape vitality and index factor activity are calculated.The results of the quantitative evaluation of landscape vitality were verified by using multisource data to verify the effectiveness of the evaluation results.Based on the quantitative evaluation results of landscape vitality,the problem of landscape vitality in the historical and cultural blocks of Fucheng City was proposed,and targeted rectification suggestions are put forward.
