Research On The Dynamic Mechanism Of Self-renewal Of Historical And Cultural Districts Based On The Theory Of Community Tourism Empowerment

Historical districtsare not only an important carrier of urban cultural heritage,but also a place for residents to live.For a long time,the protection and renewal of Historical districtshas focused on the protection of material space in historical blocks,neglecting the needs and interests of residents in the block.This not only causes the loss of the aborigines in the block,but also deviates from the principle of the authenticity of life in the historical blocks.Further protection updates for the historic district.This article focuses on how to involve residents in the protection and renewal of historical blocks,and promote the independent renewal of residents under the active role of all parties.The three aspects of the residents’ self-renewal in the historical block will be described in terms of the resistance factors,the self-renewal of the power system and their matching operation,and the attempt to solve the problem of insufficient residents’ self-renewal.First of all,it discusses the value and significance of residents’ self-renewal for historical blocks.Through reviewing and comparing the history and practice of the protection and renewal of Historical districtsat home and abroad,it is believed that compared with western countries,the protection of Historical districtsin China started late,and there are problems such as imperfect laws and insufficient funds for protection.In addition,the main contradiction between the protection and renewal of Historical districtsin China is the contradiction between the decline of material space in Historical districtsand the indifference of residents.The residents have been in a passive state and cannot achieve the effect of top-down and bottom-up interaction.Residents’ self-renewal can not only alleviate the pressure caused by a single government,but also form a bottomup protection and renewal model to further promote the protection of historical blocks.Secondly,through the survey visits,the resistance factors in the residents’ self-renewal are analyzed,including economic resistance,legal resistance and institutional resistance.It explores the motivations for independent renewal of residents,and divides the power into external power and internal power.The internal power system is composed of property rights,housing demand and economic benefits;the external power system is composed of government power,market power and community power.composition.Explain the transformation relationship between resistance and power and the matching and operation of internal and external power systems.In order to solve the problem of insufficient self-renewed power,we try to integrate residents into the development of neighborhood tourism,enhance external power through tourism development,and stimulate internal motivation to promote residents’ independent renewal.This paper expounds the current de-power phenomenon of tourism development in Historical districtsand the necessity of empowering community tourism,and summarizes the path of tourism empowerment and implementation guarantee.Finally,it discusses the construction of external power and the stimulation of internal motivation in the role of community tourism empowerment,and puts forward the “renew of security rights” and “new rights renewal” inspired by property rights interests;"With "induction update";six kinds of independent update types of "ride-up update" and "responsible update" inspired by residential demand.
