Study On The Suitablity Technology Of The Exterior Wall Stucco Repair Of Modern Buildings In Qingdao

There is the peculiar foreign cultural transplantation phenomenon in Qingdao in modern times(1898-1949),the study of exterior wall stucco not only includes the clarification of culture and concepts,but also includes the revelation of construction technology and craftsmanship.Under the influence of the different historical background with construction technology and craftsmanship,the exterior wall stucco presents a diachronic evolution.Although the same construction paradigm is adopted in the same era,there are synchronic differences among them.As the main manifestation of the building’s facade,stucco should be paid much attention in the entire repair work.At present,the repair work of stucco faces many problems,such as the lack of professional repair quality of the construction personnel,the failure of the repair effect to meet the expectations or the quality substandard,the lack of standardized maintenance by the relevant department after the repair,etc.It has urgent practical significance and application value for the research on the suitability technology of the stucco repair.The article aims to solve the current problems of the stucco repair and forms a systematic,mature and suitable repair system,which can provide references for later actual projects.As for the research on the exterior walls stucco and base materials of modern buildings in Qingdao,the article successively analyzed the development history,types and construction technology of stucco.Then the article analyzed the composition and performance of stucco and base materials,including the sand and binder ratio,aggregates,binders,additives,physical performance of stucco and materials,masonry methods and physical performance of base materials.As for the research on the degradation of stucco,the article introduced the currently common measurement technique,and analyzed the causes of degradation based on the signs of degradation.The core chapters of the article which is divided into two parts: the repair degradation and the cleaning of the stucco.Part one is the research on the repair degradation of the stucco.Firstly the article clarified the principles of repair,and respectively introduced grouting repair technology,sectional repair technology and other repair technologies according to the signs of degradation.Finally the article importantly introduced the repair procedures for whole wall redo,for the five stages of preliminary investigation,design stage,construction stage,data compilation and filing,repair effect evaluation.The construction stage is further divided into determining the scope of repair,removing degradation of mortar,base material treatment,watering and wetting,making dabbed mortar screed angle of protection,making rendering and bedding mortar,making surface mortar,watering and curing.Part two is the research on the cleaning of the stucco.In this part,the article summarized cleaning requirements and precautions,cleaning objects and cleaning procedures.The cleaning technology divided into water cleaning,physical cleaning,chemical cleaning,application cleaning and biological cleaning.And the article horizontal comparison analyzed the cleaning principle,strengths and weaknesses,main objects of each technology,and formulated suitable cleaning methods based on common cleaning objects.Finally,the article summarized the main conclusions of the research process.The author evaluated the success and weakness of the research results,and looked forward to the research prospects in this field.
