Research On The Construction Technology Of Modern Buildings In Qingdao(1898-1914)

In the long history of the study of modern Chinese architecture,it has gone through the sorting of basic data,the discussion of architectural styles and artistic forms,the study of architectural space and the study of architectural individuals,but the study of modern Chinese architecture from the perspective of architectural technology is not very in-depth.The process of the modernization of Chinese architectural system is essentially the process of the transformation from the traditional Chinese wood-framed architectural system to the modern western architectural system based on the mechanical system.Therefore,the study of architectural technology is the fundamental place to explore the modernization of architecture.As an important part of the study of modern architectural technology,architectural construction technology should be paid more attention.Only by fully recognizing the introduction,development and integration of Western architectural construction technology,can we more clearly see the process of the gradual modernization of modern Chinese architecture.Qingdao has a special geographical location and complex historical background.Among the colonized periods of Qingdao,the German rent period(1898-1914)is the most representative.It is because of Germany’s long-term colonization in Qingdao that the construction technology of Qingdao’s local architecture has undergone earth-shaking changes.It can be said that the development of Qingdao’s construction technology during the German-rent period is both typical and special.Therefore,this paper takes the brick(stone)wood building construction technology of Qingdao Derent period as the research object.Along the main line of the development of building construction technology,through the analysis of the historical background,social environment,urban construction,economic conditions,political factors and other internal and external factors of Qingdao Derent period,combined with the professional knowledge of building construction,building materials,construction technology and other aspects,This paper explores the reasons for the introduction of western modern architectural construction technology into Qingdao and the process of local acceptance and integration in Qingdao,and summarizes the development law of architectural construction technology in the Derent period of Qingdao.
