The period from 1898 to 1949 coincided with the transition period of Qingdao’s architecture.The architectural style of modern Qingdao’s architecture has undergone tremendous changes.Many buildings have reproduced the Western construction system and adopted a brick(stone)wood hybrid construction system.Among them,wooden roof trusses,wooden verandahs,and wooden floor slabs are important components of the construction system,which have special significance in terms of construction technology and technology.However,with the passage of time,various parts of the wooden structure system of modern buildings have gradually experienced various damages such as deterioration,decay,and bending,and the safety performance has decreased.At present,the repair work of wooden structures is facing many problems,such as the loss of historical value caused by unreasonable repair technology selection,and repair damage caused by irregular operation of construction personnel.Provide technical reference for later actual engineering.In terms of the research on the wood structure of modern buildings in Qingdao,mainly from the three main parts of wooden roof trusses,wooden verandahs,and wooden floor slabs,its structural form,component type,connection method,and material type are described in detail.And through the on-site investigation and general survey of Qingdao’s modern architectural wooden structures,the common wooden structure damage in different parts is summarized and classified.Starting from the preservation status of modern buildings in Qingdao,the damage causes are analyzed from the aspects of wooden components themselves,environmental factors,fungal corrosion,biological invasion,and human activities.The core content of the research is mainly three aspects of current situation investigation and restoration technology,and restoration examples.In Chapter 4,the process of on-site investigation is proposed,and the implementation steps and focus points of each aspect are listed in sections.Aiming at the wood decay detection part,several non-destructive testing technologies were analyzed and compared,and a suitable application scheme for the internal decay detection technology of wood structures in Qingdao-the combination of stress wave detection and micro-drilling resistance instrument was proposed.And expounds the methods of grading the existing wooden components and assessing the safety of the whole wooden structure through the survey data in the early stage.The fifth chapter clarifies the basic principles to be followed in the restoration,and puts forward the corresponding restoration techniques for various wooden structure damages summarized above.Aiming at different damage types and locations,the article clarifies the operation methods and scope of application of various traditional and modern restoration techniques in detail,and compares them from three aspects:reversibility,aesthetics,operability,and economy.Carry out evaluation,analysis and classification,combine with the existing Qingdao building rating system,and put forward corresponding selection strategies for restoration measures.Chapter 6,taking Qingdao Haibo Road No.5 Courtyard as a representative,analyzes and summarizes the historical value,preservation status,and damage and deterioration of various parts of the building.Combined with building ratings,it proposes optimization strategies for building restoration technology and verifies The feasibility of the restoration technology selection method mentioned in the previous chapter is confirmed.
