Research On Cost Control Of Prefabricated Building Industry Chain

With the continuous economic development and the accelerated transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,prefabricated building has gradually attracted the attention of the government and construction enterprises for its advantages of low consumption,low pollution and high efficiency.It has been a commom consensus to promote the development of prefabricated building.However,at present,prefabricated building has always been unable to overcome the cost problem in China,which makes the enterprises less active in participating in the construction of prefabricated building.How to avoid the influence of cost on the large-scale development of prefabricated building has become an urgent problem,and the reduction of the cost of a single project can not drive the development of the whole industry.Therefore,it is necessary to study the cost optimization of assembly building from the perspective of industry chain.The cost control of prefabricated building industry chain is the main part in this thesis.Three aspects are focused on: the influencing factors,domestic and foreign experience and cost control optimization strategy.Firstly,the research status of cost control of prefabricated building industry chain is analyzed at home and abroad.On this basis,the cost composition of each link in the industry chain is analyzed according to the composition and participants of the industry chain.Secondly,through literature research and case study,the influencing factors of prefabricated building cost are preliminarily identified,and then the influencing factors are optimized by expert interview and brainstorming method to obtain the final version of the factor list On this basis,based on the fuzzy interpretation structure model,the mechanism of each factor is analyzed,and the network analysis model is constructed to extract the key influencing factors.Finally,combined with the development process of prefabricated buildings in the United States,Germany,Japan and Hong Kong,the enlightenment is extracted from the three aspects of policy and standard,technology and management,and the strategic suggestions for optimizing the cost control of the industry chain are put forward.Research conclusion: through the analysis of the cost of prefabricated building industry chain,the mechanism of 20 factors affecting the cost of the industry chain is obtained,and 11 key factors are extracted.On this basis,combined with the advanced cost management experience at home and abroad and the corresponding enlightenment,three strategic suggestions are put forward to optimize the cost control of the industry chain,including government control,technology research and development,and management innovation,which have important reference significance for the cost control of industry chain and the industrial development.
