Prefabricated buildings are the future trend of our country’s construction industrialization development.They have the advantages of saving resources,accelerating construction progress,reducing pollution,energy saving and emission reduction,and can accelerate the realization of the "double carbon" goal,which is a major strategic decision.However,the current high construction cost of prefabricated buildings is an important factor hindering its development.Therefore,by studying the cost of prefabricated concrete buildings,which is the main category of prefabricated buildings,this thesis finds the key factors that affect the cost,and proposes cost control measures to achieve the goal of costs reducing and efficiency increasing,thereby promoting the continuous development of prefabricated buildings.By reading the relevant literature on the cost influencing factors of prefabricated concrete buildings,the thesis finds out 56 factors that affect the cost in the construction process of prefabricated concrete buildings.Combined with the expert interview method and the actual situation,the 56 cost influencing factors are semantically merged,classified,screened,and finally determined 5 primary cost influencing factors and 22 secondary cost influencing factors in the design stage,production stage,transportation stage,installation stage,and external environment.Based on the identification of the cost-influencing factors of prefabricated concrete construction,an Interpretative Structure Model(ISM)is established to determine the hierarchical relationship between the five primary cost-influencing factors of prefabricated concrete construction cost.Drawing the path relationship diagram and proposing the path hypothesis relationship between the influencing factors according to the hierarchical relationship between the primary cost-influencing factors.Based on this,a theoretical model of the cost influencing factors of prefabricated concrete buildings based on structural equation model(SEM)is established by using AMOS.The questionnaire is designed for influencing factors to collect empirical data,import the data into the SEM model,and perform structural equation model confirmatory factor analysis and evaluation,the key factors affecting the cost of prefabricated concrete buildings are finally obtained.The thesis adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to fit and analyze the structural equation model of the factors affecting the cost of prefabricated concrete buildings,and finally obtain 7 key factors that affect the cost of prefabricated concrete buildings.According to the ranking results of the influence degree of the factors of each dimension in the model on the cost of prefabricated concrete buildings,the cost control measures are put forward in turn,in order to effectively reduce the cost of prefabricated concrete construction,and provide a certain reference for the research of prefabricated concrete construction cost.
