| In the past ten years,assembly-type structure buildings have been widely used in the world,especially in the western developed countries.Assembly rate in some developed countries has already exceeded 50%,but assembly-type concrete structure buildings start late in our country.With the first "3060" carbon target action plan proposed by the two Congresses in 2021,the comprehensive implementation of prefabricated structure buildings has been raised to a new height.However,at present,the construction technology of prefabricated concrete building is still an emerging technology in the construction industry in China.There are still many prominent and typical quality problems in the actual construction and management process,which seriously hinder its normal and sustainable development.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the construction quality management of prefabricated concrete buildings.A series of problems in construction quality management of prefabricated concrete buildings have become urgent problems to be solved.Firstly,this paper leads to the significance and purpose of this research through the historical development process of the assembly building at home and abroad and literature in related fields at home and abroad,combined with the current developing situation of the assembly building in our country.Then it introduces the concept and characteristics of prefabricated concrete buildings,the main classification and the most common types of prefabricated concrete structures.At the same time,it also introduces and summarizes the related theories and characteristics of construction engineering quality management and the main problems existing in the quality management of prefabricated concrete buildings.Then,taking the prefabricated concrete project of Chongqing Luneng as a practical case,combining the expert consultation method and questionnaire survey method,this paper analyzes the construction quality management status of the prefabricated concrete project of Chongqing Luneng from multiple dimensions,and identifies the quality problems and key influencing factors.Interpretive structural model(ISM)and MICMAC analysis were used to extract the key influencing factors of prefabricated building quality,and the hierarchical relationship,driving force and dependence among the main influencing factors were clarified.Then,taking the construction quality of Chongqing Luneng prefabricated concrete project as the research object,an evaluation index system based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is constructed,that is,the criterion layer consists of four factors: environmental factor,method factor,mechanical factor and personnel factor.The evaluation layer consists of 11 factors such as laws,regulations and standards,project organization and management rules and regulations,personnel professional level and quality awareness,which solves the transformation from fuzzy qualitative results to scientific quantitative results in the process of construction quality evaluation,and proves that the evaluation model can be applied to the construction quality evaluation of the same type of projects.Finally,by studying and analyzing the evaluation results of interpretive structural model method(ISM),MICMAC method,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the key factors with low evaluation score are improved and optimized,providing more effective theoretical basis and improvement measures for the construction quality management of Chongqing Luneng prefabricated concrete project.This paper is based on the construction quality of prefabricated concrete structure as the research object,through the study of Chongqing Luneng prefabricated concrete project as the actual engineering case,the quality control method and improvement measures proposed are aimed at providing solutions for the management of prefabricated concrete construction quality problems for various local government departments and similar enterprises,and provide certain references for subsequent similar projects.Thus,to promote the reform and development in the field of assembly building,in order to realize the "3060" carbon goal as soon as possible. |
