Intelligence is an inevitable trend in the development of automobile industry.Intelligent driving system based on automotive auxiliary driving products is the future direction of development,but also a major opportunity for the development of China’s automotive industry.At present,the integrated development of R&D,manufacturing,mass production and industrial transformation with automobile auxiliary driving products as the core are rising.China will strive to seize the commanding heights in the new round of global industrial transformation and accelerate and promote the innovative development of automobile auxiliary driving products.The optimization and improvement of project process in automobile electronic manufacturing industry has become an indispensable part of modern automobile manufacturing industry.The continuous improvement and improvement of enterprise project development process is a necessary condition for the development of automobile electronic industry.The R&D and production of high-tech products also need to have perfect and continuous improvement of the project process to coordinate with it.In today’s high-speed development of the automobile industry,it is the strategic goal of the automobile electronics industry to complete the order delivery of the whole vehicle factory on time and take zero defect as the product quality goal.In this paper selects company A as a research case which ranks the forefront of the automotive electronics industry development.On the one hand,company A is a typical industry representative;on the other hand,the company has passed a variety of industry quality system certification,and has initially established the relevant quality management system and business operation process.This paper takes company A as a case study with good reference.In the research of this paper,focusing on the process optimization method,learning from the process management ESIA technology tools,starting with the auxiliary driving product development project.First of all,the problems and causes of the current project process of company A are investigated and analyzed,and the problems of the project process are clarified.Secondly,this paper uses the methods of comparative analysis,cause and effect diagram analysis and ESIA process management to optimize the project process of company A.through eliminating,simplifying,integrating and automating the application,the process of R&D stage and manufacturing and assembly stage is optimized,and the optimization and improvement scheme of the process of early R&D stage and assembly operation process is put forward.Finally,through the application of the pilot project of the optimization scheme,the expected effect is achieved through evaluation;the order delivery efficiency is effectively improved,the project cost is significantly reduced,and the product quality is significantly improved.At the same time,this paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the effective implementation of the optimization scheme.Through the research of this paper,the relevant conclusions are drawn,and the future project process research and development trend of the industry are prospected.So as to give enlightenment and reference suggestions to the domestic automotive electronic manufacturing enterprises in project process optimization and improvement.
