Application Research Of Whole Process Information Management In Hongyazi Yellow River Bridge Of PPP Project

With the change of national policies,the PPP model of risk sharing and benefit sharing has been greatly developed in highway construction projects.With the rapid development of information technology,informatization has been integrated into all aspects of life,how to use information management methods to improve the management of PPP projects is of great significance.This paper introduces the research and application of informatization management of highway construction projects at home and abroad,and makes a theoretical analysis of PPP projects and informatization management.Analyze the management elements of PPP highway construction projects from the aspects of project participants and operation processes,and analyze the advantages of PPP model in highway construction projects from the aspects of national policies and industry status.Based on the application of informatization management of multiple highway construction projects in Ningxia,the existing problems are analyzed.Aiming at the problem,the idea of establishing informatization management of the whole process of PPP project was put forward.Based on the Hongyazi Yellow River Bridge Project,a PPP project informatization management plan was constructed,and the implementation points of the PPP project informatization management were analyzed.Starting from the needs of the main participants of the PPP project,government agencies,project companies and contractors,The information management modules and subsystems of the entire process of hierarchical management are constructed,and the functions that the modules need to implement and the relationship between the modules are described.Finally,according to the whole operation process of PPP project,the application research of the whole process information management was carried out.
