Research On The Optimization Of Quality Management System Of YJ Automotive Parts Company

China’s Auto production and sales displayed negative growth for the first time in2018.China’s auto parts companies face huge challenges as a result of the intensifying trade war between China and the US and the outbreaks of COVID-19 epidemic in 2020.Besides,the levels of quality and quality management system(QMS)of the Auto parts enterprises in China,especially small and micro enterprises,are not promising.It is of great strategic significance to study and improve the quality management system level of small and micro auto parts enterprises and improve the product quality level so as to adapt to the demand of automobile consumption upgrading.In this thesis,a typical small and micro enterprises-YJ Auto Parts Company was selected as object to investigate the current situation of QMS by field study and case study methods,fully understanding the basic status of QMS plan,operation control,performance evaluation and improvement.Furthermore,combined with the related theories of QMS and domestic and foreign reference,the problems existing in enterprises were summarized and their fundamental causes were analyzed.Finally,the optimization scheme and action plan for the problem were put forward,and the preliminary results and expected results of these action were summarized.The QMS problems of YJ Company are also common problems in most small and micro auto parts enterprises.This thesis provides the QMS optimization scheme for YJ Company,and also provides reference for the construction or optimization of the quality management system of many small and micro auto parts enterprises,so as to help them optimize the quality management system,improve the quality level of products,and continue to maintain advantages in the competition of consumption upgrading.
