| Under the background of global ecological environment deterioration and shortage of non-renewable energy,the development of new energy vehicles to replace fuel vehicles is the mainstream of the development of the industry.Byd has been committed to the development and production of electric vehicles.The sales volume of its electric buses temporarily ranks the forefront at home and abroad.The continuous expansion of sales volume cannot be separated from the support of quality.Given the fierce competition in the global market,how to further enhance the quality of electric buses is of strategic significance for byd’s steady improvement in the field of public transportation.This thesis takes the nonconformity items issued in the system,manufacturing process and product internal audit of 20 factories under the charge of byd electric bus division as the research basis,to find out in the three modules of system,including manufacturing process,product through classification and comparison,which takes measures to improve it.For example,improve the application of APQP process in product and service design and development,and introduce risk and opportunity process to prevent potential risks.In the aspect of manufacturing process module,the application of 5S field management method improves the field management level and the introduction of visual management method to improve the visual failure problem in the manufacturing process.In terms of product modules,the application of statistical process control tools in assembly process and the evaluation of quality culture maturity can improve personnel’s operational awareness.This thesis analyzes the main problems in the internal audit of the electric bus division of byd company,to find out the targeted design improvement scheme of the main problems through classification analysis,and improve the compliance rate of the audit of the division and the product quality through the improvement of the quality system operation.The research conclusion has certain guidance function to the business unit’s follow-up system improvement.It can also be used for reference to improve IATF16949 quality system in the automotive industry. |
