Research On The Improvement Path Of Quality Competitiveness Of Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises In Guizhou Province

As a pillar industry of the national economy,the equipment manufacturing industry is closely related to the development of equipment manufacturing enterprises.The "Made in China 2025" plan has raised the development of the equipment manufacturing industry to a new level,and the academic research on the equipment manufacturing industry has gradually warmed up.As the core lifeline of equipment manufacturing,quality competitiveness attracts more scholars to join the research.Quality not only reflects the technical level of enterprise,but also symbolizes the image of the country and thenationality.How to enhance the quality competitiveness of enterprises to adapt to the ever-changing market and obtain a sustainable market competitive position has always been the focus of society,government and enterprises.This paper focuses on the "quality competitiveness" of equipment manufacturing enterprises.According to the framework of "concept reconstruction,system modeling and practical application",the paper focuses on the connotation of quality competitiveness,the characteristics of quality competitiveness,the key influencing factors of quality competitiveness and the path of action.Firstly,from the perspective of human factors engineering,combined with the classic theory of quality management and competitiveness to reconstruct the connotation and characteristics of quality competitiveness,and explore the core influencing factors of quality competitiveness.Combined with the methods of interview research and on-site observation,the “quality resources” and “quality environment” are classified into two indicators of quality competitiveness,from “employee aspect”,“facilities aspect”,“material aspect” and “technical aspect”.Based on the five factors of “quality factor” and the influencing factors of “human-production process”,the research model of five levels and interaction matching on quality competitiveness is constructed.Secondly,the model is applied to the equipment manufacturing enterprises in Guizhou Province.Using the mathematical analysis software SPSS22,the factor analysis method is used to reduce the dimension of the influencing factors,and the stepwise regression method is used to identify the key impact factors and correct the “influencing factors-quality competitiveness”.The relational model is used.The modeling software AMOS22 is used to measure the influence of the influence factor on the quality competitiveness through the structural equation modeling(SEM)method.The comprehensive influence of the impact factor on the quality competitiveness is explained based on the SEM parameter estimation value effect.Finally,the targeted recommendations for improving the quality competitiveness of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Guizhou Province are given from the two levels of enterprises and employees.
