Research On The Spatial Forms And Cultural Memories Of Traditional Villages In Central Shanxi

In China’s thousands of years of agricultural civilization,ancient villages are very representative.Jinzhong Area is one of the birthplaces of Chinese history and culture,and also one of the birthplaces of agricultural civilization along the Yellow River.As the geographical location and political,economic and cultural center of Shanxi,it has a large number of ancient villages,dense population and diverse culture.It has a good research foundation for ancient villages,which is conducive to summarizing the construction and evolution of landscape pattern of ancient villages in Jinzhong Area.Taking more than 20 representative ancient villages in Jinzhong Area as an example,this paper studies and analyzes the regional characteristics,spatial distribution characteristics and spatial construction rules of ancient villages in Jinzhong Area from the aspects of generation environment,development and evolution,distribution of ancient villages,combined with field research and taking space construction as the breakthrough point,and summarizes the regional characteristics of ancient villages in Jinzhong Area,In order to construct the ancient village system in Jinzhong Area of Shanxi Province,we should create various spatial features.Secondly,based on the common cognition of landscape pattern,the paper divides and analyzes the evolution process of ancient villages in Jinzhong Area,which is affected by the drastic changes of social environment,such as system and policy,since the founding of new China and the reform and opening up.It has gone through three stages: Spatial Deconstruction and evolution,spatial expansion and evolution,and spatial reconstruction and evolution,Through the analysis of the four evolution elements of village space,courtyard space,street space and public space in different stages,this paper forecasts the trend and summarizes the problems in the development process.Finally,the paper studies the landscape pattern construction and evolution of ancient villages in Jinzhong Area from two aspects of landscape pattern and evolution.Based on the value of ancient villages in Jinzhong Area and the decline of landscape pattern,the paper puts forward the concept of landscape pattern protection and activation,and carries out the design practice through the actual case of Diantou village.It has a certain reference significance for the sustainable development of China’s current cities and human settlements,and plays an important research value and scientific significance to promote the protection of village form.
