In recent years,the market competition between enterprises is more and more fierce,the enterprise’s survival and development can no longer rely only on fighting alone,because the independent enterprise resource is limited,so,to unite the whole supply chain together,to complement each other and to integrate resources to development together become the competitiveness today.Supplier management as an important part at procurement process at the front of the whole supply chain plays an important role and has big impact on the enterprise supply chain.Taking D machinery manufacturing company as the background,Firstly,the author studies the research status in domestics and in abroad and the theories in supplier management and process optimization,then base on the real situation,lists out the current problems of D company indirect material supplier management like: The resources are wasted and the procurement strategy could not get effective implementation which caused by the decentralized procurement modes,The inefficient purchasing and supplier management caused by lacking of standardization management in terms of order process,No supplier assessment mechanism lead to the supplier resources is hard to get rational allocation and continuous optimization,and the non-transparent methods of suppliers management resulting in purchasing risks and so on,and then,focus on these problems,raises improvement solutions like: to optimize supplier choosing method,to standardized the process management,to set up the supplier assessment policy,and to build digital online quotation system,through all of these actions to improve the efficiency of purchasing and procurement quality,to optimize the indirect purchasing supplier resources,and to improve the competitiveness of the supply chain.At the end of this thesis,the effects of the implementation of the improvement activities are shared and the prospects in the future are expected.
