A Study On The Renewal Mechanism And Strategy Of Hongbu Street Community In Huifang,xi ’an

China’s urbanization pattern of rapid and incremental development has lasted for decades.During this period,the space of the city continues to expand outwards,while the inner city communities are gradually becoming high-density in the iterative development of the city.However,the past urban development model has been proved to be unable to adapt to the current spatial conditions.More and more urban problems prompt us to look for new urban development directions,and the transformation of inner city community development mode will inevitably promote the transformation of community space governance mode.On the one hand,community renewal itself needs to face more and more diversified problems;On the other hand,more and more scholars have gradually realized that the problem of urban inner city renewal in China can not be thoroughly explored by a single discipline alone,nor can it be perfectly solved by pure spatial design.Instead,it needs cross-disciplinary research,mutual support and gradual progress.Therefore,the research on space governance in the field of inner city community renewal in China in the new era is faced with great challenges.This study chose xi ’an Ming city in the traditional street-type community back in Huifang Hongbu street community as the research object,in combing the Hong bu street community,there exists a series of physical space and the present problems,on the basis of social life in the community update mechanism of space governance mode as the breakthrough point of this study,draw lessons from the research achievements in the fields of political science and management,and city Urban polity theory as the main theoretical tool of the study.The influence of macro-political background,economic and social environment on community renewal space governance is deeply studied.The role of local government,market and society in community renewal;And in the specific community renewal activities,the spatial game relationship around the community development elements represented by the community space resources will affect the decision-making of the renewal activities.Based on this,a meta-model of spatial governance of community renewal is constructed,and on this basis,the characteristics and effects of government-led renewal,market-led renewal and social individual(organization)-led renewal mechanism in Hong bu Street community are respectively described,and then a comparative analysis is made and summarized.Finally,according to the key points in the process of community renewal game and the reflection on the current situation of Huifang Hongbu Street Community renewal,this paper puts forward suggestions on the future renewal and governance of Huifang Hongbu Street Community in Mingcheng District of Xi ’an from the aspects of the construction of space construction system,the construction of community governance platform and the improvement of institutional and legal system.In addition,specific updating strategies are proposed for the community space problems found in the research,such as the price difference of building quality,backward infrastructure and traffic congestion.
