Research On Outdoor Environment Design Of Old Residential Area Reconstruction In Xi’an

Under the background of "aging population" and "home care" in China,Xi ’an is about to enter the development stage of aging rapidly,and the aging suitable transformation of the old community in Xi ’an has become an important link in the local pension construction.The retired old people are the main users of the suitable environment in the old community,but there are many problems in their outdoor environment.This paper takes the south campus community of Xi ’an University of Architecture and Technology as an example,takes the concept of "complete community","sponge city" and other national policies as the background,and takes the relevant norms and standards of "old community reconstruction" as the basis,through the investigation of the current situation of the south campus community’s outdoor environment suitable for the elderly,and uses relevant methods such as questionnaire survey and interview.This paper analyzes the existing problems of the old age of the community in the South College from the aspects of the use function,physical environment,visual and cultural landscape,and ecological sustainability,and puts forward the reconstruction strategies.In this paper,the main content is divided into five parts,the second chapter is the basis of theory research,through the behavior to live in the old space theory,behavior space scale,activity regularity in the space in the elderly,the elderly outdoor activity space characteristics and relevant research,for later south hospital outdoor environment of aging community provides the theory support;The third chapter,through the analysis of the overall status of the community and the use of the site,outdoor environment elements to complete the field research,to realize the diagnosis of the community "old" status problems;The fourth chapter mainly discusses the south courtyard the outdoor behavior present situation investigation of the old people in the community,through the behavior note method on their behavior in time and space distribution characteristics,through the use of the evaluation method about the south courtyard community site to them satisfaction,and environmental requirements in terms of research,relevant factors affect the behavior of the old environment design;The fifth chapter elaborates the renovation strategy for the outdoor environment suitable for aging of the south courtyard community,puts forward the targeted renovation measures and extracts the renovation elements according to the renovation objectives and principles.The sixth chapter is the promotion part of suitable for aging related nodes of outdoor suitable for aging environment in Nanyuan community.Six representative behavioral preference Spaces were selected as the important nodes of reconstruction,and analyzed from four aspects of site status,overall design and functional analysis for aging,and detailed design for aging,respectively,to complete the renovation and improvement of the outdoor environment inside the south courtyard community for aging.By observing and analyzing the outdoor behaviors of the elderly in the community,this paper provides a new perspective and optimization strategy for solving the "age-appropriate" problem of the outdoor landscape in the community’s age-appropriate environment.The following three research conclusions are drawn:(1)Through behavior notes,the relationship between different spatial forms of the south courtyard community and the specific activity types carried by it is summarized,so as to guide the outdoor environment of the old community in the later stage to adapt to the aging reconstruction.The relevant facilities elements should be improved according to the spatial forms of the site.(2)A set of perfect transformation measures is put forward and applied to the transformation practice by using the elements suitable for aging transformation.At the same time,it also makes a practical reference for the aging adaptation of the outdoor environment of the old residential district built in the same period under the background of universities and units system,and improves and complements the aging adaptation system.(3)Sunlight analysis is introduced into the study of the behavior of the elderly.Combined with the behavior notes,the spatial distribution of the behavioral preferences of the elderly is accurately determined,which provides a more scientific basis for the selection of suitable aging reconstruction areas for the outdoor environment of the old community in the future.
